Disclosures Committee
The main role of the Disclosures Committee is to review matters relating to the disclosure of information to unitholders and public announcements.
The REIT Manager has established a Disclosures Committee to assist the Board in reviewing matters relating to the disclosure of information to unitholders and public announcements. The Disclosures Committee also works with the management team of the REIT Manager to ensure the disclosure of information is accurate and complete.
The Disclosures Committee is appointed by the Board and shall comprise the Chief Executive Officer, one Non-executive Director, and one Independent Non-executive Director. The chairman of the Disclosures Committee shall be the Chief Executive Officer. The Disclosures Committee meets on a half yearly basis and otherwise on an as-needed basis.
